This Chandon bottling is 92% Chardonnay, 8% Pinot Blanc and made in brut dry style. This vineyard in Carneros is in a particularly chilly spot, so Chandon leaves the fruit on the vine longer to ripen and fill out. There’s partial barrel aging to bring forth some roundness and character as well. A delicious edition to the lineup
