Quixote Petit Sirah Stags Leap 2018

2018 is the first year Quixote brought the famed Phillipe Melka on as a consulting winemaker. Dense aromas of chocolate, wet tilled earth, big lush black fruit and violets bloom in glass. There is a lovely structure to this wine that balances out the big fruit quality. This will age beatifully.
