"Pale ruby, turning amber at the rim. Really gorgeous aromatics of freshly baked cinnamon roll, sandalwood with a touch of fresh rosemary. On the palate, the wine delivers that really beatiful Pinot profile - all silk tannins and plush mouthfeel, woven like a light mesh around a core of ripe cherry and crushed raspberry. As the flavors develop towards the finish the wine turns more savory in nature and finishes with a lick of pepper and bitter chocolate.
