Made by MS Igor Sill who previously worked with Francois Pinault owner of Chateau Latour (and Eisele Vineyard in Calistoga). Its beautiful deep ruby color, represents a blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot. This suave wine possesses hints of blueberries and blackberries, cream-tinged cassis, silkiness of oak with pepper on the finish, a lovely mouth-feel and wonderful length on the finish. Only 300 bottles were made of this beautiful Cabernet.
